Returns

You have a legal right to 14 days for a return. iGrade guarantees a full refund for any returned product, as long as it is returned in the same condition as on the date of sale.

How to request a return?

Send an email to info@igrade.pt to request the start of the return process, explaining the reasons for the return.

Return conditions

All equipment must be returned in the same condition in which it was made available to the customer.
Upon receipt of the equipment, iGrade will carry out a series of tests to validate the condition of the device, and ensure that it is in the same condition as at the date of sale.

The equipment must be delivered with:

  • Invoice for the purchase of equipment,
  • No signs of use after purchase,
  • The iPhone box must be complete (cable and charger),
  • The iPhone must be formatted and without any customer information,
  • The iCloud account must be removed,

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct packaging of the products. The customer will be responsible for the equipment until it has been delivered to iGrade.

Refund deadlines

Once we receive your iPhone back, our team will process your refund within approximately 5 business days, where you will be notified by email. The refund payment will reflect in your bank account within a few business days.
Please note that if your phone has "Find My iPhone" enabled, iGrade will not be able to issue a refund until this feature has been disabled, as this feature limits our access to the device.
