Guarantee

iGrade has a 24-month warranty policy for all iPhones. Batteries are excluded, as they are a high-intensity consumable, and have a 6-month warranty.

The warranty period begins at the time of purchase and, once activated, covers all material and labor costs required to resolve the problem.

How to activate the warranty?
Contact iGrade via info@igrade.pt and present the purchase invoice, including the serial number and date of purchase of the iPhone.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear resulting from the use of the equipment
  • Screen breakage, camera lens, rear of iPhone
  • Damage caused by drops, water, humidity or poor handling
  • Equipment whose serial number is illegible
  • Equipment whose warranty seals are damaged/altered
  • Equipment with signs of having been opened or repaired by third parties
  • Aesthetic changes
  • Third-party software issues
  • Accessories
